Railaway Bogey Designs

Last 58 years there are no changes in our railway traveling boogies. We can do it now. We Should put some new designs by the view of your population. Before putting the bullet train we need our facility and rest. There is no need to superpower in given 2020 years, there must be superpower that will not be captured upcoming 100 years.

Now we are 100 million Indians but we cant get 24 hours Electric light. In our world there are few many countries which are smaller than our states but they can. Why cant we put our Human energy to this field. My idea is construct the nuclear reactor or power plant in all our states Or Learn How other countries overcome on that problems.
