My Secret Invention

My Idea serial ID: 00237

I have a neato idea, but because it is not yet patented, I do not want anyone else to see it. However, I want to document the fact that I came up with it and when for other reasons, such as being able to explain it to potential investors, and/or a fabricator, and not just rely on an agreement not to disclose. Like, what if a third party not subject to any agreement accidentally views it and wants to steal it. If the going gets tough, I want to be able to demonstrat that I deposited the idea here on a date certain, and bolster my missappropriation case and/or my patent application.

I'd gladly pay 99 cents to have some proof that I had this idea before I met with the investors and the fabricator.
